This is how I found it in Butler, Kentucky July 2004

The frame is on jack stands ready to repair the damage from
many years of abuse.

The left rear axel was replaced with a right axel. The axel
sticks thru the end plate and has been welded to itself. It was also welded to the hub.

The frame is being readied for miscellaneous repair and sand
blasting before the other components are reinstalled.

Left axel shows where it was butchered and welded in place.
